Sandra McQuillan has worked for over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry (Merck, Mylan and Sanofi Pasteur) as well as for consulting agencies such as Datamonitor in London and Globalinsight in Paris. Sandra founded HMQ Partners in 2015.
She has led Pricing and Reimbursement projects on issues related to the launch of new healthcare products and has a good knowledge of French and international health care authorities.
Sandra holds a Master's degree in Innovation economics from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Grenoble and an MBA from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises de Lyon.
Lucile Fabre has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and joined HMQ Partners in 2017.
She has led numerous Marketing & Market Access studies in various therapeutic areas (infectious diseases, cardiology, autoimmune diseases, addiction, vaccines...) for Schering-Plough, MSD and Sanofi Pasteur. She has developed a good knowledge of healthcare products regulations.
Lucile holds a PhD in Pharmacy (University of Lyon I) and has completed her training with a Master's degree in Marketing (Marketing Intelligence - HEC Paris).
